Q: 你們能運送到臺灣嗎?

A: 是的,我們送貨到臺灣!事實上,我們只向美國以外的客戶發貨。

A: 我們通過FedEX或DHL Express運送訂單。所有訂單均來自美國

Q: 我的訂單什麼時候到?

A: 庫存物品在24-48小時內發貨,交貨時間通常為3-4天。您將收到一封帶有跟蹤號碼的電子郵件,確認發貨

Q: 我需要納稅嗎?

A: 如果您的訂單價值超過3000泰銖,您需要支付關稅/商品及服務稅。在這種情況下,FedEX或DHL Express將代表您辦理清關手續,並收取任何應繳納的關稅/商品及服務稅及其手續費

Q: 我可以用我自己的快遞帳戶或貨運代理取貨嗎?

A: 當然,您可以用您的FedEX/DHL/UPS帳號發貨。只需在下單時提供帳號或聯繫我們,您希望使用自己的貨運代理。

Q: 你們提供空運還是海運?

A: 對於重/大件貨物,我們提供到臺北機場的空運和到高雄港的海運。請聯繫我們獲取CPT運費報價

Q: 我可以退貨嗎?

A: 是的,你可以在交貨後30天內退回你的訂單,只要貨物在原包裝中處於全新的狀態。退回美國的運費由您的帳戶承擔

A: 是的,我們接受網站上列出的任何產品的報價要求(“RFQ”)。您將通過電子郵件收到報價單

Q: 我可以用什麼貨幣付款?

A: 我們接受新臺幣或美元的網上訂單付款。對於線下訂單,我們只接受美元付款

Q: 我怎樣才能用銀行轉帳付款?

A: 只需在您的訂單上選擇“銀行轉帳”。您將在訂單確認電子郵件中收到我們的銀行詳細資訊。請在付款時提供您的訂單號。

Q: Do you ship to Taiwan?

A: Yes we ship to Taiwan! In fact, we only ship to customers located outside the United States.

Q: How will my order ship?

A: We ship orders via FedEx or DHL Express. All orders ship from the US

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: In stock items ship within 24 – 48 hours and delivery time is normally 3 – 4 days. You will receive an shipping confirmation via email with the tracking number

Q: Do I need to pay duties / taxes?

A: If your order value is greater than TWD 3,000, you need to pay duties / GST. In that case, Fedex or DHL will handle clearance on your behalf and collect any duties / GST due + their handling charge

Q: Can i pickup with my own courier account or freight forwarder?

A: Sure, you can ship with your FedEx / DHL / UPS account number. Simply provide the account number when placing your order or contact us that you wish to use your own freight forwarder.

Q: Do you offer air or sea freight?

A: For heavy / bulky items, we offer air freight to Taipei airport and sea freight to the Port of Kaohsiung. Please contact us for a CPT freight quote

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery as long as goods are in brand new condition in their original packaging. Return shipment costs to the US would be for your account

Q: Can I request a quotation?

A: Yes, we accept request for quotation (“RFQ”) for any product listed on the website. You will receive a quotation via email

Q: Can you source industrial parts not listed on the website?

A: Yes, we can source any part from any of the 2,000+ US brands we offer. Please send an email with your RFQ

Q: Do I have to order on the website?

A: No, you can send us a Purchase Order via email. You will then receive a proforma invoice for payment

Q: What currency can I use for payment?

A: We accept payment for online orders in NT$ or USD. For offline orders, we accept payment in USD only

Q: How can I pay by bank transfer?

A: Simply select “BANK TRANSFER” on your order. You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation email. Please provide your order number on the payment.
