Light meters are designed to read ambient light in a scene, or direct light from a light source and maintain adequate light levels. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of light meters from brands like Extech, General and Reed Instruments. Foot-candle / lux light meters from Extech feature a large LCD screen to display results & interpret data and a precision photodiode with a colour correction filter for accuracy up to 5%. General UVA/B light meters are designed to conduct the most precise quantitative measurements of ultraviolet radiation for applications including UV curing & sterilisation, industrial process control and environmental monitoring. These meters feature backlit LCDs with a four-digit dual-display to interpret accurate high and low measurements. They come with a low battery indicator to ensure hassle-free operation.
