ALLEGRO SAFETY Airline Cooling Systems

Airline cooling systems provide cool and fresh air by utilising compressed air supplied via air pumps or coolers. They are ideal for use with standard pressure filtration panels and respirators.

• Allegro portable airline cooling systems are designed for use with low pressure ambient air pumps where the air supply from pumps passes through coils in a cooling system filled with ice.
• These air systems are equipped with pressure regulators, pressure gauges & adjustment knobs to control the flow of air.
• They can reduce the breathing air temperature from 180 degrees F (82.22 degrees C) to 50 degrees F (10 degrees C).
• The cooling boxes come with wheels, a telescopic handle and a 5 ft hose for ease of portability.
• They feature a MaxCold Igloo cooler for retention of cool air that keeps workers comfortable while working in hot environments and have 3-A sanitary standard, FDA Grade PVC tubing designed specifically for cooling coils.
• These Allegro portable airline cooling systems are capable of withstanding pressures up to 150 psi.
• They include an inline 5 micon particulate filter with manual drain facility for particulate removal.
