Flow Sights

• For ease of assembly and disassembly, clamp an end cap onto the sight glass body ferrule.
• Secure capped end in the bench vise.
• Using the proper hex key, remove the top cap set screw.
• Using the Dixon wrench (supplied), rotate the sight glass top cap clockwise for assembly or counter-clockwise for disassembly.
• Lift off the top cap to expose elastomers and glass insert.
• Inspect components and replace them if necessary.
• For assembly of the sight glass, tighten the top cap to compress elastomers until they begin to protrude inside.
• Install a set screw.

Nitrile rubber is resistant to petroleum oils, crude oil, gasoline, water and other hydraulic fluids. This flexible unit performs under extreme temperatures and has excellent abrasion resistance.

Lube flow sights are supplied with a ball float that aids in viewing the medium under low light level or dark liquid conditions.
