Description

Destaco 601 Series straight line action clamps are ideal for light machining applications in the aerospace, automotive and food & packaging industries. These clamps employ clamping force from the side rather than the top, securing workpieces in applications having limited space. They come equipped with a lever handle that engages the plunger to press against the workpiece & hold it in place while fixturing, welding, testing, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, assembling and staking or light pressworking of the industrial equipment. Besides locking in the extracted position, these straight line action clamps also allow the handle rotation and falling below the mounting plane to be locked in a retracted position. These straight line action clamps come with a flanged base with threaded holes that help in quick & secure mounting of the clamps to a worktable / flat surface and come integrated with a lever handle that engages the plunger to press against a workpiece & hold it in place. These Destaco clamps are made of steel for structural rigidity and resisting corrosion on exposed surfaces and are equipped with attached round plungers for quick & secure fastening. These straight line clamps feature a compact design for both single part & mass production, and are capable of withstanding loads up to 100 lb. Destaco clamps are compatible with Destaco 105203, 205208-M & 205943 spindles to provide high performance automation, workholding and containment solutions as well as optimum clamping force. These clamps are available in imperial and metric measurement variants on Raptor Supplies.
