Description

Destaco 215 Series horizontal hold down clamps are used for holding workpieces in place with a lever handle that lays flat when the clamp is engaged. These clamping units apply downward clamping force. Upon rotating the handle of these horizontal toggle clamps downward, the clamping arm pivots downward in the opposite direction to lock over the centre. These Destaco 215 Series horizontal hold down clamps feature a low profile design to prevent obstruction. They offer a stationary alternative to removable clamps while performing repetitive tasks and are capable of withstanding loads up to 250 lb. These horizontal hold down clamps are made of steel / stainless steel for structural rigidity & corrosion resistance on exposed surfaces. Destaco 215 Series horizontal hold down clamps allow clamp bar opening up to 87 degrees and handle opening up to 78 degrees. While rotating the handle downwards, the clamping arm pivots downward in the opposite direction for locking over the centre. When the handle is configured in the horizontal position, these toggle clamps are in the locked position. These horizontal hold down clamps are equipped with flanged / straight bases with threaded holes for quick and secure installation.
