Description

Food thermometers are designed for monitoring the temperatures needed for preventing bacterial growth and foodborne diseases. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of Control Company, Cooper Atkins, Daymark, Durac, Extech, Reed Instruments, Rubbermaid, San Jamar, Supko, Taylor and Trutemp restaurant thermometers widely used for measuring the temperatures in refrigerators, ovens and freezers. Taylor food thermometers are ideal for reading temperatures both inside and outside the oven and give an alarm signal when food is prepared. These units feature a stainless-steel probe with an anti-slip clip to check the internal food temperature by inserting the pointy metal stem into the food while cooking, re-heating, cooling and defrosting. They also come equipped with a magnet on the back for easy mounting and access to a stove and an ON / OFF switch to save battery life when not in use. The digital thermometers can be folded for facilitating compact storage and accurately read within a temperature range of 32 - 392 degrees F. Trutemp food thermometers feature an adjustable temperature indicator, a 2-inch glass dial and a stainless-steel case material for additional strength and durability. These NSF-listed thermometers feature a 12-inch stainless-steel probe capable of measuring the temperature with an accuracy of +/- 10 degree F.
