Double End Threaded Studs

Wrench flats allow a secure grip of the flat sides in the rods' centre using a wrench to tighten them. They are easier to install & adjust, as compared to fully threaded rods.

They allow the joining of threaded male components like screw anchors. They provide extended reach by allowing use as threaded inserts or standoffs.

They allow the joining of two threaded female components.

Feature finer spacing than UNC threads to mate with UNF or UNRF threads. Less likely to loosen due to vibration but more prone to thread jamming or stripping. Travel a short distance with each turn for accurate adjustments.

Have coarse thread spacing to easily start tightening with lesser turns. Mate with UNC or UNRC threads. Thick & deep threads to prevent stripping or jamming when dirty, nicked or rusty.

Thread sizes indicated by diameter & pitch in millimetres. Mate only with metric threads.

Good corrosion-resistant properties and moderate structural rigidity. Can be bent or moulded without any effect on strength or durability.

Extremely loose tolerance thread fit for a component having external threads. Ideal for easy assembly & disassembly.

Provides a medium fit during mating using internal threads.

Offers a tight fit between mating parts' external threads requiring a closed fit.

Used for ISO external screw threads. '6' denotes the tolerance grade used for a medium-tolerance quality and 'g' denotes the tolerance position with a positive fundamental deviation (thread element size will be larger than the basic size)

Spaced widely to tighten easily with few turns. Deep & thick threads for decreasing stripping or jamming when nicked / dirty / rusty.

Spaced closer than coarse threads to resist loosening due to vibration. Ideal for precise adjustments.
