Kushlan Products’ durable food-grade mixers are sold in either FDA-approved polyethylene 450DD or stainless steel 550SS drum models. Products have high-quality construction to ensure a consistent and homogenised mix.
Kushlan 450DD mixers are ideal for mixing loads weighing up to 200 lb. The Kushlan food-grade mixer can easily mix teas, coffee, seeds, flour and or any dry foodstuffs.
Comes with a 28 RPM brushless 115V electric motor and 2 molded paddles. As a result, the Kushlan 450DD food-grade cement mixer can be discharged and swivel in any direction.
Furthermore, this model features removable handles & flat-free wheels for easy transportation and can be disassembled for easy storage. The food-grade drum mixer operates on a standard 120V and 50 / 60hz electrical supply but can be used on a 220V electrical supply with a voltage converter (sold separately).
Kushlan now offers a 220V for customers outside the United States (contact us for pricing and lead time). The unit is UL and CSA-certified and CE-approved for use in EU markets.
The unit ships assembled on a 40″ x 48″ pallet weighs 180 lbs and can be shipped via either air or sea freight.

The Kushlan 450DD food-grade mixer comes with a durable steel tubing frame, made of galvanised steel. The FDA-approved polyethylene white-coloured drum liner in these mixers can be adjusted to the desired angles for different mixes. These 5/16″ (0.80 cm) thick drums resist dents, cracks and rust.
The unit comes standard with a 3/4-HP capacitor start motor that offers high torque. The 450DD mixer includes one removable drum liner and lid, ideal for users who need to mix different batches of foodstuffs that have to be mixed separately.
To operate, simply insert the drum liner into the mixer unit. Cover the drum with the drum lid (if required), and turn on the machine. When mixing is complete, just turn off the unit and empty the drum contents as needed.
