These Anets fryers feature a tank made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and atmospheric burner / baffle design to reduce emission of nitrogen oxides. They come equipped with a DVI drain valve interlock safety system to turn the heat off, thereby preventing oil from overheating or scorching. They also have a high temperature safety limit switch for added safety.
