American Panel HURRiCHiLL blast chillers and shock freezers lower the food core temperature from 160 to 38 deg F within 90 minutes and from 160 to 0 degree F within 4 hours, respectively. These units deliver high velocity airflow in indirect patterns for cooling all levels at the same rate and have a 304 stainless steel cabinet with 2 inch insulated coating made of CFC-free, high density polyurethane. They are integrated with an evaporator fan assembly for chilling and are mounted on 2.5 inch casters for smooth mobility.
